ADJUSTMENT

BUST DART SIZE ADJUSTMENT

If there is excess fabric under the bust dart, or if the bust dart feels too tight, you may need to adjust the bust dart size.

To increase the bust dart size, pinch out the excess fabric and use a measuring tape to measure the addtitional length to take in. (photo)

To decrease the bust dart size, release one bust dart two-thirds of the length and pinch a comfortable amount of fabric along the centre of the dart to measure the length to be released. (photo)

ARMHOLE DEPTH ADJUSTMENT

If there is too much excessive fabric under the armhole, the armhole depth may need to be raised. If feels too tight under the armhole, you may need to adjust the armhole depth lower for a better fit.
