We accept payment via most credit cards, Paypal and also bank transfer. Email us for clarification or assistance.

The information we collect is necessary for the smooth running of an e-commerce website. Uyii will neither divulge this information, nor use it for any other purpose. Payment by credit card is processed by PayPal and we do not store any of your credit card details. We respect your privacy and security.

Shipping Policy

Your Uyii bags will reach you within 3 to 4 days of placing an order locally and local shipping is free. The shipping address can differ from the billing address. If you would like to stipulate a delivery time, do drop us an email after you have checked out. For local orders above $50, we will ship via TaQBin and the tracking number will be sent to you after the order is processed. Otherwise, it would be shipped out via Singpost.

International shipping is also available within two weeks and shipping cost will vary depending on bag type and location. For expedited or other shipping options, just drop us an email and we will be happy to help.

Uyii’s Exchange and Warranty Policy

Contact us for product exchange within fourteen days of receiving your bag for either one of two options:

1)     We will be happy to refund returns, minus shipping costs. Please return the bag in its original condition together with a duplicate of the invoice.

2)     We will also offer one-to-one exchange if the design or colour is not what you expected. However, you are responsible for the additional shipping cost incurred, unless that item is being refunded because it is faulty or has been sent to you in error. 

Your Uyii bag is guaranteed against defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Any bag found to be defective within the 6-month period will be repaired or replaced free-of-charge. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. Email us and we will gladly assist you.
